National Employment Registry

Since 2017 the NER team has worked in workforce development and training, placing thousands of IT and cyber professionals. Initially focusing on entry level personnel, NER staff has collaborated with Maryland educators and local employers to prepare and place the next generation workforce. The NER founders came to understand that placement, particularly for entry level positions, is often a challenge. The processes for identifying open positions and identifying hiring Points of Contact is difficult, disjointed and convoluted. Employer efforts to locate qualified staff can also be difficult and when seeking experienced staff extremely expensive. Hiring trained, experienced staff is often associated with fees exceeding tens of thousands of dollars. The level of effort and cost of identifying qualified employees is simply unjustified.  

NER is working to change the current employment paradigm.  Our goal is to maximize job seeker exposure, while eliminating employer costs and minimizing both employers and job seekers level of effort.
